The Dragino UV254-LB is a LoRaWAN UVC radiation sensor for Internet-of-Things solutions. UV254-LB is an indoor UVC sensor specifically designed to detect the intensity of UV lamps. UV254-LB converts the UVC intensity into LoRaWAN radio data and sends it to the IoT platform via the LoRaWAN gateway.
UVC is harmful to human health, and UVC lamps lose their effectiveness after prolonged use. With the UV254-LB, the administrator can determine whether the UVC lamp is still effective and ensure that it stops working in unexpected times.
The LoRa radio technology used in the UV254-LB enables the device to transmit data and achieve extremely long ranges at low data rates. It offers spread spectrum communication with extremely long range and high noise immunity with minimal power consumption.
The UV254-LB supports BLE configuration and wireless OTA updates, making it easier for the user to use.
The UV254-LB is powered by an 8500mAh Li-SOCI2 battery, which is designed for long-term use of up to 5 years.
Each UV254-LB is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. These keys are registered on the local LoRaWAN server and the connection is established automatically after switching on.
